Internationella yogadagen 21 juni
För tredje året i rad infaller International Day of Yoga, Internationella Yogadagen den 21 juni. Detta är en årlig dag instiftad av FN, på initativ av Indien för att lyfta yogans positiva hälsoeffekter till fler människor.
Vad kan man säga om denna dagen? Jo helt fantastisk, underbart väder och många yogadeltagare!
Dagen började med ett softyogapass kl. 07.30 på Stadshusets takterass i Uddevalla, anställda i Uddevalla kommun var då välkomna. Sedan blev det ett softyogapass på lunchen, även den för anställda i Uddevalla kommun.
Jag avslutade med 2 yogaklasser på Riverside. Ett styrka och balans och ett yinyogapass.

Det blir långt mellan inläggen nu har jag märkt!
Yogatermien är avslutad jag har hunnit med att åka till Göteborg och gå på Yoga Games och vi har haft studentfirande här hemma!
Plus lite egen träning som vanligt.
Jag märker att mitt andra jobb tar mycket av min tid men det är ett roligt jobb. Jag kommer att vara kvar där året ut och jobba 60%, därav färre klasser på höstens yogaschema.
Yoga Games var toppen att åka på, inspiration till tusen!!
Meditationskursen fortskrider och det går upp och ner men det gäller att inte ge upp, bara att komma igen!
